юр., эк. исконная [дозаконная\] деятельность* (вид деятельности, который осуществляется в соответствии с grandfather clause, т. е. вид деятельности, который был запрещен законом, но в соответствии с дедушкиной оговоркой может по-прежнему осуществляться теми организациями, которые занимались этой деятельностью до вступления в силу этого закона; напр., в США речь может идти о небанковских операция, осуществление которых банковскими холдинговыми компаниями запрещено законом "О банковских холдинговых компаниях", но которые на основе дедушкиной оговорки могут реализовываться ранее созданными банковскими холдинговыми компаниями)
